Vertical IT is delighted to have achieved One Star Status in the Best Companies to Work for Guide 2010.

The award is based on the Best Companies survey, which is designed to measure employee engagement. The survey is compiled from answers to 70 questions which gain a comprehensive view of this subject across eight key areas including personal growth, well being, leadership and management satisfaction.

This year 1,086 organisations entered the Best Companies accreditation process. This is an increase of 37% from 2009 and a sign that this award is now becoming widely regarded as the definitive employers guide.
