We have demonstrated a commitment to move beyond good intentions and legal compliance towards delivering effective diversity strategies that result in a tangible change within the workplace, whilst effectively delivering diversity through better recruitment practices. In order to achieve this we have successfully undertaken the Diversity Assured Recruitment health-check and audit service. In gaining the certificate we are able to demonstrate our commitment to diversity and our ability to deliver high quality recruitment that fully embraces diversity. Diversity Assured was developed as the follow-up to the REC/Jobcentre Plus Diversity Pledge which received official backing and support from the Government.
