He started our in recruitment in 2008 – “I wanted to take a role where I held the keys to my own destiny and success. Where work and effort put into the role would ultimately result in success and commission.”

So what would he say to someone considering a career in recruitment?

“Know your market and learn about the technologies you recruit for. Know your clients and candidates and ensure you work honestly and ethically with them. Stay motivated no matter what challenges face you and remember you are the only person who can make a success or failure of this job.”
